BMW & European Auto Repair in Visalia, CA
Meet Brian Ortiz
Owner & Lead Technician
Brian opened Euro AutoHause LLC on East Houston Avenue in 2024 to give Visalia’s BMW and European car owners what they used to have to drive to Fresno for: a factory-trained technician with dealer-level diagnostic tools, at an independent shop’s price.
His deepest roots are in BMW and M-Series engineering, and the shop works on Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, MINI, and Volvo the same way — OEM or premium OES parts only, factory-approved fluids, and a warranty on every repair.
Customers describe him the same way in review after review: straightforward, informative, and honest about what the car needs. That’s the whole business model. The shop is BBB accredited with an A rating.

How a repair goes here
- Step 1
Drop off or call
Tell us the year, model, and symptom. Appointments recommended so the bay and parts are ready.
- Step 2
Diagnose
Factory-level scan tools plus a hands-on inspection to find the actual fault, not just the code.
- Step 3
Call with the estimate
What's wrong, what it costs, what can wait. Financing available if it's a big one.
- Step 4
You approve
Nothing gets replaced until you say so.
- Step 5
Repair and warranty
OEM or OES parts, service indicators reset, and a warranty on the work.
What we run on
Straight answers
You'll hear what's wrong, what it costs, and what can wait — in plain language. Customers mention this more than anything else in their reviews.
The right parts
OEM or premium OES, every time. A cheaper gasket that fails in a year isn't cheaper.
Our work, our warranty
If we fixed it, we stand behind it. Keep your invoice — that's your warranty record.
Skip the dealership. Keep the warranty.
Call the shop, or send us the year, model, and symptom and we'll get back to you with next steps.
